What has been already said other than a couple of observations and the report became available apparently monday of whatever week it came out, we did not get a copy of the report, we thought that the project sponsor would have received a copy of it since it was about him, but when it was put into the public domain, we actually could not find it, we have looked at it and we are disturbed by the findings of the report for obvious reasons and, we are devieted that the commission has given the impression that they want this matter reviewed and again, the comments made by the commissioner walker actually, i welcome it, because we would like to have our opportunity to address the report. And to point that out the deficiencies in the report. There are deficiencies and the findings are not a picture of what actually happened and i have one advantage over you as a project manager and i know that this was not meant to happen. Comments like i will reserve comments and Public Opinions until i hear the facts. There were no facts issued within days of that. But this Commission Already seemed to have made the assumption that things were meant to happen the way they did. And there were comments made that this looks to be a sight where the refewal to get around a demolition and we want let this happen because i am going to use it as an example going forward.
