A major piece of infrastructure will be replaced in the courthouse. 3 siouxland News Reporter Jaclyn Driscoll joins us now. Jaclyn. 3 3 diana, larry. The board of supervisors unanimously agreed to renovate the elevators in the courthouse beginning in february. 3 the total project will cost abt 385 thousand dollars. The fus will come from the Capital Improvement plan. The elevators were renovated about 30 years ago, but the actual equipment is nearly 100 years old. 3 theyre to the point now where many of the controls are no longer available, so Replacement Parts are not available to us in case we have a breakdown.
