The same gun he say he confront three chp officers with. The suspect was fatally wounded in the officer involved shooting. The officer are all okay. A witness shared this cell phone video seconds before the shooting and a picture of officers raising their weapons at the suspect. Authorities cant say what prompted the noon pint his gun at officers but chp logs indicate there may have been a collreeway involving the suspects black Toyota Pickup truck and another vehicle. Sean ferry saw the truck near the hillsdale boulevard exit while he was struck in traffic.
