One day before the 13th anniversary of the 9 11 attacks, the president announced a major expansion of the assault on isis. The strategy is a fourpart plan. It includes air strikes in syria for the first time. He actually talked about going into syria, something he hasnt wanted to do up until last night. And, of course, more strikes in iraq.
