Youth Elevation Scheme holds graduation ceremony

The Youth Elevation Scheme (YES) programme held its graduation ceremony recently.

YES is a 10-week programme where Rotary Club of Barbados collaborates with the Juvenile Liaison scheme of the Barbados Police Force and the Rotaract Club of Barbados (RaCOB) to deliver the programme.

Sergeant: Forgive youth for misdeeds

Don’t keep punishing young people. Sergeant Kim Harris is instead urging adults to forgive them and to help guide them.
