Two students in question walking down the hallway and also exiting the building. That is what we have provided to Philadelphia Police and they are using it for their investigation. Students said the hallways are flooded in the moments when the bell rings but they clear out fast. People are going their different ways, its quick though, everybody clears out quick. The victim is being offered support and there are School Counselors and psychologists on hand. They are always ready for students for any issue if they feel unsafe in the neighborhood and stressed over their school environment. The police say they cant really tell if the victim is being cohersed in the stairwell, no criminal charges are filed and a letter is expected to go home to parents explaining the on going investigation. Weve had strong thunderstorms there earlier today. Now these storms are going over the same area so a lot of rain has come down. This estimated by the radar. Over 3inches of rain estimated likely seeing some flooding here theres a flood advisory in effect until 6 30 watch for flooded roadways especially in that area. We pick up these storms and try to clear things out between now and 10 00 oclock things will die down a little bit. Another disturbance comes through overnight tonight. So maybe a few storms north and west picked up by the computer forecast by the time you wake up tomorrow morning, not bad. Just a few clouds out there. Talk about the morning commute. Vanessa, whats going on . You had some problems a few minutes ago. Vanessa we had a full shut down of hillsborough avenue in the area of hoover and benjamin road. Last couple of minutes or so, the lanes have cleared out. Because of that crash and the full blockage we had for such a while, we can expect some delays to linger through the area. We know there was a dump truck involved and also some power lines down across the roadway. So drivers, its actually veterans expressway and cargo road. So if you can easily get to waters maybe, maybe if youre getting on the other side of the veterans, you could encounter better travel times. In the meantime, the vets itself is looking slow. This is an earlier crash which is still working with at least one lane blocked southbound direction near linebaugh. You can see the delays are basically all the way to the start of the veterans so plan plenty of extra time if you do plan to take the expressway or a new crash out o ....
