Two students in question walking down the hallway and also exiting the building. That is what we have provided to Philadelphia Police and they are using it for their investigation. Students said the hallways are flooded in the moments when the bell rings but they clear out fast. People are going their different ways, its quick though, everybody clears out quick. The victim is being offered support and there are School Counselors and psychologists on hand. They are always ready for students for any issue if they feel unsafe in the neighborhood and stressed over their school environment. The police say they cant really tell if the victim is being cohersed in the stairwell, no criminal charges are filed and a letter is expected to go home to parents explaining the on going investigation. According to an affidavit the fight against Amy Joyner Francis was planned a full day before by three girls, all of whom are 16 years old are facing charges. They want to charge the one accused of punching Joyner Francis as an adult. All ill say if they deserve what they got and deserved longer. A bicyclist is dead after being hit by a septa bus, it happened at aramingo avenue in the frankford section, the bicyclist cut in front of the bus before the accident and the bus driver stopped and waited for help and the man was pronounced dead at the hospital. Police in Montgomery County are looking for a serial burglar, the Whitpain Township Police Department Released a picture hoping to identify the suspect. Reporter you are looking at a solution, 30,000 pound section of high density pipe being pulled into place, the solution to this problem. Three times since 2012, a large underground concrete sewer line failed in valley form park, allowing millions of gallons of waste to spill into the creek, the owner of township that is where we are today. Replacing the 3. 5 miles of underground pipeline. The pipeline built in the 70s, runs through Valley Forge Park and beneath the Schuylkill River and to the treatment plant. And now they are installing this plastic pike and the diameter is compressed to be pull nood the old concrete pipe to create a leak resistant liner. The township says the relining is quicker and cheaper an other options and should last a long time. The pipeline that will be going in is expected to last 50 plus years and we expect to get even longer than that. It can go as high as 100 years, its a durable pipe material. The hope is this project will be done by late august and Early September and then the roads can be reopened and the worries about a sewer line break will be a thing of the past.
