warnings that were just listed. everything running smoothly. a nice ride on the rest of the bridges. this is traffic near 895 just north of the child street approaches late harbor tunnel. no delays to report. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. back to you. good morning. it all unfolded on the streets of baltimore during rush hour. two man stole a car and led officers on a high-speed chase around west baltimore. jennifer franciotti is more has more on the story. two suspects carjacked a woman and took off with her car. this happens around patterson avenue. skyteam 11 was over the scene. the car sideswiped other cars. police pursued the driver by helicopter only. a pursuit ended on north avenue. the driver took off on foot as police tackled the passenger on the sidewalk. police found the driver several blocks away. a dramatic scene from the air and for those on the ground. i came to get pampers. i seen all this. it was terrible. anybody could have, and he ....
