Cy Young Festival returns with hometown hero
Former major league pitcher and Dover High School graduate Perci Garner to be special guest

NEWCOMERSTOWN - After a year off due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Cy Young Festival is returning June 25 to 27 in Newcomerstown.
The festival committee said the event will be smaller than in past years because of continuing social distancing protocols and state guidelines for fairs and festivals.
The guest of honor and parade marshal will be Perci Garner, the executive director of the Tuscarawas County Rainbow Connection. The non-profit organization is dedicated to meeting the needs of disadvantaged and disabled children and adults in Tuscarawas County.
