May 12, 2021 NEWTON FALLS William “Jack” R. McClain, 77, of Newton Falls, passed away unexpectedly at his home Saturday, May 8, 2021. He was born on July 29, 1943, in Buckhannon, W.Va., the son of the late Acy Ray McClain and Kathryn C. Brown McClain. Jack married the love of his life, Brenda S. Facemire, on Aug. 13, 1979, and they enjoyed 41 years of marriage together. He worked as a supervisor of the wastewater plant for the city of Newton Falls for 10 years. He previously worked for Caps Newton Lumber for four years as a truck driver and Van Huffel Tube for 18 years until it closed. Jack served his country faithfully in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1964.
