Have shot and captured prison escapee david sweat. It happened around 3 20 near constable, new york just a few miles from canada. Authorities say that he was trying to make a break to the border. This is a photograph of the sweat from cnn just after he was captured. He was wearing camouflage. Sweat was wounded but the extent of his gun shot wounds is not yet clear. He is being treated at a area hospital. State police sergeant, spotted sweat walking down a road and ordered him to stop. When sweat started to run the sergeant opened fire, no Law Enforcement personnel were injured during the capture.
