Police say the vehicle went out of control at 4 30 a. M. And slammed into a utility pole. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators are trying to figure out why the vehicle went out of control. Police are looking for the hitandrun driver who slammed his or her vehicle into five parked cars in manayunk.
