The minute i saw the police, i thought, wow a 22monthold toddler was shot once investigators dont know yet whether it was unprovoked or an exchange of gunfire between two cars. Theyre investigating whether the girls shooting was related to a mans murder yesterday. Were going to look at if there is any connection. This is out of control, theres no reason for this. Babies being killed or shot, thats crazy. It doesnt make no sense. Its killing the community. Innocent people, babies, women, everybodys getting caught up in it, in the crossfire. An east bay family is praying their little girl will be okay, after she was shot sitting in a car with her mother. That girl survived the shooting, but is in the hospital right now.
