Call to get a cab. I am a big believer in pedestrian bicycling as options to get around town. Many cities in the world have far more people working or on bicycles into blocking or on bicycles. They are pleasant most of transit and are efficient. Many cities in the world have far more people walking or on bicycles. They are pleasant and efficient forms of transportation. That will take cars off the road and make it easier for those who drive. If we want to create a world class transportation system, we have to make a commitment to each of these modes of transit to allow us to move where we need to go. The hope that we can build a home for ourselves and to raise a family in the city. As Property Owners we understand the requirement when we purchased the two units that we have to maintain the number of units and cannot combine them and cannot reduce footage. We are the new family on the block and dont want to be in conflict with our neighbors and were putting in tremendous time and effort and money to address neighbors requests to the point that nothing we can do to make the project viable. If you can see the plans is not to build a luxury home, to indulge ourselves, but simply to be the family of two parents and four children, so we can grow as a family and raise our children in the family and maybe we can finally give our children the dog they wanted for so many years because as a renter, you cannot even have a pet. This has been an emotionally and financially dra ....

Fellow commissioner had a question in a she felt would be helpful and be dispositive is this. If the information will be helpful and dispositive its something all commissioners should have access to. So im happy to tell it for the record now because without identifying who the person is because hes not been seen on television. His name is in the agenda. Okay. And were discussing a particular persons application. My suggestion thank you, commissioner lostis for asking the question. I take responsibility for any fault. Perhaps we could relate thisi,jz information via sgt. Jesina. Im happy to report to him what was said to me and what i asked. Ask the City Attorney to report to the appropriate procedure when an applicant comes before us when a individual takes them aside and asks them questions whether that is private or not private and i think its a really inappropriate procedure. I recommend whatever the question was can be submitte ....
