Syria,after nearly five years ofofwar, more than a quarter Million People have died, the country. Country. Now, a short time ago, a 17nation alition reached an agagement to enforce a cease fire in about a week. The deal also allows humanitarian aid to begin flowing in to help millions of syrians left homeless by the conflict. Tonights announced cease fire is the biggest step toward ending the five year war to date. We will continue to follow this developing story tonight and in the days ahead. The announced break in hostilities does not include operations against isis and other terror groups in the region. This week, Congress Heard testimony about one terror groups use of chemical weapons. Were getting light Ice Accumulations. You can actually see that sheen on the roads. Little icicels on the lens. Down in the upstate, great news here, temperatures have gone above freezing. The ice is now rain. You can see some of that. Watch this little glazing on the grass. It gets a little white and then the rain comes. Now we begin to melt some of this off. That pink is all about freezing rain. Pockets of pink. That is warmer air working in to this storm system and scouring some of this low level cold out. So the freezing temperatures are going to warm up. Weve already seen a lot of Ice Accumulation in these areas over mcdowell, polk, down through henderson. Down in to the northern upstate.
