They weren t happy when the national leaders of Socialist Alternative tried to force them to take back a comrade accused of stealing $1,300 from the local chapter. The alleged thief showed a pattern of aggressive and uncomradely behavior, according to a letter signed in June by the 40 members, announcing their intention to leave Socialist Alternative.
