The Capital City C.I.R.C.L.E.S. Initiative, a cooperative community effort to elevate people out of poverty, invites members of the community to participate in a colloquy on the topic of preventing substance abuse. The event will take place on Wednesday, June 26 at 6:45 p.m.

Capital City C.I.R.C.L.E.S. Initiative, a Carson City non-profit helping to combat poverty, will hold its annual "A Gem of an Evening" auction and fundraiser Saturday, Oct. 20 from 3-6 p.m. at Genoa Lakes Golf Course Supper Club.
