BATAVIA — A Maple Street man with at least four previous DWI-related convictions was jailed after police stopped him after a report of a possible drunk driving on Elm Street Dec. 19, city police said. Jason W. Wolf, 44, was stopped at 8:30 p.m. and charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation, refusing a breath test, drinking in a car, insufficient turn signal and unlicensed operation. Wolf has an extensive history of arrests, including at least four DWI arrests. He was sentenced to a state prison term in 2018 for a felony DWI and was recently released from parole in July. BATAVIA — A Liberty Street man arrested earlier this month on misdemeanor charges for violating an order of protection now faces a felony charge after he against violated the order, city police said.

ORANGEVILLE — A Florida man faces numerous charges after he was found with drugs during a traffic stop, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said. Kent O.J. Brink, 34, of Port St. Lucie was stopped Saturday on Route 20A at Orangeville Road for traffic violations. Deputies found 24 amphetamine pills and six oxycodone pills, along with drug paraphernalia. A drug recognition expert was called and determined Brink was high on drugs. He was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while impaired by drugs, driving while impaired by a combination of drugs, felony aggravated unlicensed operation, no front bumper and unauthorized window stickers.
