BATAVIA â A Maple Street man with at least four previous DWI-related convictions was jailed after police stopped him after a report of a possible drunk driving on Elm Street Dec. 19, city police said.
Jason W. Wolf, 44, was stopped at 8:30 p.m. and charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation, refusing a breath test, drinking in a car, insufficient turn signal and unlicensed operation.
Wolf has an extensive history of arrests, including at least four DWI arrests. He was sentenced to a state prison term in 2018 for a felony DWI and was recently released from parole in July.
