The first incident is in east oakland near the intersection of foothill and 23rd. Its a rollover. The vehicle on its roof. It crashed into a building, took down a power pole. We still dont know the condition of the driver, but we do know that foothill and 23rd is still closed to traffic. A major injury accident still under investigation by the Oakland Police department.
