good afternoon. i m sean mcdonald. the 3-story wooden home was fully ablaze when firefighters arrived last night. the drought conditions making their battle even tougher. wmur s ray brewer is live at the barnstead fire department. ray, any update on the victim s condition? ray: none at this time, sean, and the man s name has not been released. however, he was apparently one of the people calling 911 reporting the fire. this video shows what barnstead firefighters fouhe about 50 to 60 feet out of the roof. ray: the fire was reported around 11:00 monday night and quickly went to three alarms. the building was totally involved upon arrival. there was fire coming out everywhere. ray: according to a neighbor a man and a woman lived at the house. firefighters say they found a man outside on arrival. he was taken to the hospital. the neighbor says the woman went to stay with a relative. as firefighters continued to the fire. we mounted a defensive attack on all 4 sides of ....

a fly to deep left field and the ball game is over. good morning from the studio 57 newsroom at cbs news headquarters here in new york. good to be with you. i m anne-marie green. hurricane matthew is now expected to be very close to florida s atlantic coast by tomorrow night. the hurricane warning area there has beens been expanded. this morning matthew is category 3 storm with winds of 125 miles per hour. the storm center has moved off the coast of cuba after making landfall there last night. at least 11 deaths are blamed on the storm, most in hard-hit haiti and neighboring dominican republic. 145-mile-per-hour winds slam the eyelid. floodwaters and mudslides caused extensive damage and roads are impassible and a key bridge was washed out. i can tell you this exactly uchlt the u.n. says this is the largest humanitarian disaster in haiti since the devastating earthquake six years ago. matthew will be moving across the bahamas tomorrow. eric fisher, chief meteoro ....
