langley high school community about the case in an letter last night an hour before the news4 i-team revealed the details and the district told the community they had already notified the parents of the kids who traveled on that trip. john said his son was on that trip and the school never told him. did anybody from the school district notify you this had happened? no, absolutely nothing from the school. there was only what we heard via the grapevine. reporter: so we asked again today and fairfax county schools issued a new statement saying it notified the parents of the alleged victims and the school district said the chris rademacher germany exchange program trip and friendship connection were not officially sanctioned by the school district, but documents that company provided to the news4 i-team indicate fairfax county school administrators did sign paperwork approving german students to visit langley parents said they were led to believe the trip was school s ....
he was never criminally charged. police say the alleged incident happened overseas, outside their jurisdiction. but rademacher resigned before he could deb part on 2015 back to germany with about a dozen other langley students. the thing is parents say rademacher kept the money he d already collected from 235e7fam including $1,000 from richard desalvo. he says parents could never track him down. the parents have been on their own and although people have listened to us, they haven t taken any action. reporter: this man says his $1,000 disappeared, too. it s been a long, long process. lots of e-mails going out, very few e-mails coming in. reporter: you can t find this guy. cannot find him at all. reporter: friendship connection, the group that helps administer the trips for langley says they ve been trying to track down rademacher too to retrieve the money. the company, which has worked with hundreds of rademacher wanted unique control of the student money. h ....
