　　2018年，梁先生选择在蓝牙耳机市场创业，创业失败后，银行债务越垒越高。根据梁先生申报的情况，截至破产申请提出之日，他的债务总额约75万元，而他仅有36120元存款、4719.9元住房公积金，无房产、车辆等大宗财产，债务无力全部偿还。
　　“最糟糕的时候，一天接到几十通催债电话，精神压力巨大。”梁先生说，今年3月1日实施的《深圳经济特区个人破产条例》（下称《条例》），让他看到了希望。3月10日，陷入债务泥潭的梁先生，向深圳市中级人民法院提出个人破产申请。
　　在材料中，他写明：自己目前在一家企业工作，每月收入约2万元，愿意尽力还债，并提出重整可行性计划。
　　法院审查认为，梁先生申报材料完备，客观真实，本人偿债意愿积极，且能100%偿还本金，符合“诚实而不幸”这一立法特征。在受理申� ....
