The cone park project had the most expensive study for fiscal thousand dollars. Parks and recreation director Matt Salvatore says that is because the study also included a preliminary design. We would have basically put together a rough idea of what we thought this project wouldhow it would have been done and we would have hired somebody to design and it wouldnt have given us the info up front, said
