NXT WrestleMania 37 Night Two
April 11th, 2021 | Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida | Attendance: 25,000
A lot of people seemed pretty upset that I ignored a Hulk Hogan promo, had a technical issue that caused me to miss some of a match, and didn’t note about a tag promo that meant nothing on night one. What will night two bring?
By the way, I rewatched Bianca/Sasha this morning and it’s even better a second time around. I bumped up the score to ¾ and night one is an 8/10.
Country singer Ashland Craft performed “America The Beautiful.”
Titus O’Neil and Hulk Hogan arrived dressed as pirates and made lame jokes. Hogan got booed whenever he spoke while Titus got cheered. They welcomed the fans to the show, put over last night, and hyped tonight. There, I covered it.
Onto night two of WrestleMania hailing from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.
Roman Reigns (c) vs. Edge vs. Daniel Bryan – WWE Universal Championship Match
Story in a nutshell: Edge won the Royal Rumble and chose Roman Reigns as his opponent for WrestleMania, but Daniel Bryan came up between the two PPV events and was added to the match.
Edge returned from a career ending injury at the 2020 Royal Rumble, returning to the business he loved that was taken from him and began his pursuit of a title he never lost. A lot of his momentum was sapped when the pandemic hit and the crowds vanished and halted altogether when he was injured during a match with Randy Orton. He returned at, and won, the 2021 Royal Rumble, which left Edge with a decision to make. Who was the champion Edge was going to face at WrestleMania?

The Road to WrestleMania 37 was rough, with many bad booking decisions along the way and an overall rushed and sometimes low-effort feel to much of it. But the time is finally here for WWE s biggest event of the year.
On paper, the card has its pros and cons. Some of the matches should be fantastic, even if their storylines left a lot to be desired, such as Sasha Banks vs. Bianca Belair. Others may not be instant classics in the ring, but anything can happen.
While we don t know whether WWE has any tricks up its sleeve for The Granddaddy of Them All, it s worth taking one last look at the lineup for both nights and tossing out some predictions.

Last year,
WrestleMania 36 was a two-night event and, to commemorate the return of fans, WWE will give double the action for its biggest show of the year. Although
WrestleMania 37 will be split into two nights, the action won t be as there are plenty of matchups that fans will want to check out.
WrestleMania 37 will also mark the end of the WWE Network in the United States as the move to Peacock is now official and will be the only place to watch the show stateside.
