DraftKings KBO: Friday Cheat Sheet Written by This article is part of our DraftKings KBO series. The rainy season continues in Korea, as Thursday s two-game slate means we ve now seen just one full slate in the last week. The Wiz and Lions fought a tight battle, with the former getting seven strikeouts over seven shutout innings from William Cuevas, which provided enough of a cushion to hold off a late Lions charge and win 3-2. Jung Dae Bae and Sung Woo Jang both homered for the Wiz, with Ja Wook Koo clearing the fence for the Lions. Elsewhere, the Landers trailed the Heroes 3-1 heading into the eighth inning following a strong start from Eric Jokisch but went on to score four runs in each of the last two frames to win by a comfortable 9-3 score. Rain could be a factor yet again Friday, though only the Giants-Lions game down in Daegu looks particularly threatened as of writing, and even that one appears to have a chance to go forward. ....
DraftKings KBO: Tuesday Cheat Sheet Written by This article is part of our DraftKings KBO series. We have an interesting Tuesday slate in the KBO, one in which there s arguably a stronger array of pitchers than usual in action, several which are former MLB arms. I ll then recommend two stacks that I trust the most to potentially string some above-average offensive numbers together and pay off for you in tournaments. ....
DraftKings KBO: Tuesday Cheat Sheet Written by This article is part of our DraftKings KBO series. Last week s KBO action saw a shakeup atop the standings. The Wiz, winners of seven of their last eight and 13 of their last 17, jumped to the top of the standings and now rank second in both runs scored and runs allowed per game. The Twins sit half a game back, while this year s surprise teams, the Lions and Landers, sit 1.5 and 2.5 games out, respectively. The Dinos are now 4.5 games back of the lead but hold onto the fifth and final playoff spot by a game and a half over the Heroes, whose five-game winning streak saw them jump up into sixth, ahead of the Bears, who ve lost four in a row. The Giants, Tigers and Eagles remain out of the picture entirely, with the latter losing eight games in a row. ....
