Chad meyer, our meteorologist describing just how high in the air some of this debris was sucked up. just showing the force of this tornado. how do you describe what what is happened there? well, as you said earlier, alabama is no stranger to tornados. it was a very intense storm and maybe even been on the ground more than 50 miles. we ll wait for the national weather service to assess that. we estimate that at least 30 or more counties were impacted in one degree or the other by this particular storm system. that is a lot. i mean, the thing about tornados that i always, coming from a state where tornados were a regular thing, the thing that is most terrifying of tornados is just the unpredictability of them, how quickly they could develop and hit one home and skip over the one next to it and ....
