Personal Injury Commission officially opens
Navigating the complex dispute resolution system for injured workers and road users is now a lot easier, thanks to the State Government’s new Personal Injury Commission officially beginning its work from today.
Minister for Customer Service Victor Dominello and Attorney General Mark Speakman spoke at a Ceremonial Sitting today to open the Commission. The President of the Commission Judge Gerard Phillips presided over the ceremony at the NSW District Court.
Mr Dominello said the tribunal puts injured people at the centre of the insurance dispute process and will provide claimants with a one-stop shop for assistance.
