Since then, city workers added more protective bike lanes. Constructed street calms measures and updated Traffic Signals to give pedestrians more time and a head start in the crosswalk. At 11 00. Breaking news out of philadelphia. Someone shot four young people. A 16yearold boy is now dead. Three others are wounde wounded including an 11yearold girl im lucy noland. This played out about two hours ago on the 100 block of east pastor ya street in East Germantown which is where we find fox 29s Dave Schratwieser live at a very active crime scene. Dave . Reporter lucy, this crime scene has been in place for well over two hours at this point we know that at least four shots were fired up and down the 100 block of east pastor ya street. Active crime scene homicide detectives out here with the crime scene unit. Shell casings right here at the 100 block of east pastor ya street they stretch all weight down to the block where there are seven or eight more at the other end of the block. Same kind of situation here. You have an 11yearold girl who suffered a graze wound. She may have been caught in the crossfire on the block when the shooting started a barrage of gunfire. That 16y
