The woman hit is expected to be okay the driver has been charged with failing to yield at a crosswalk. Still developing this morning authorities are now trying to figure out what caused a tour bus to plow into a killing 13 people and injuring more than 30. 30. The deadly crash happened near palm springs california the bus was returning home to los angeles from a casino.
