Chief dan has led the Police Department for more than 6 investigating an officer who allegedly used insults against a black teen in 2013. Another was punished this month for pulling the hair of a handcuffed suspect. Now the waterloo Cedar Falls Courier reports chief trelka told officers hes been asked to step down.
