As the end of May approaches and the weather is getting hotter and wetter, our arrest numbers in Bowie County went in the wrong direction again. Your Bowie County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 95 total last week, 35 of which were by BCSO, and another 60 were turned over by other law enforcement agencies to Bowie County.
Turkey Week did not disappoint, with great food and family hugs, and we topped it off with a little bit of shopping. We also have more good news to share in this week's Bowie County Sheriff's Report, arrests were way down last week. The fourth week of November brought us 43 arrests made by Bowie County Deputies. Of those 43, Bowie County Deputies made 10, and the remaining 33 were made by other law enforcement agencies and subsequently handed them to Bowie County.

Bowie County Deputies made 55 arrests last week. Out of the total, 18 were made by Bowie County Deputies, and the remaining 37 were made by other law enforcement agencies in the area who then handed them over to the county.

Arrests in Bowie County took a bit of a jump jump last week with your Bowie County Sheriff's Office arresting 63 people in total. BCSO Deputies arrested 25 of those, and other area law enforcement agencies arrested 38.
Sometimes it seems to get too hot even for the criminals, but still, there were 60 total arrests last week in Bowie County. Sheriff's Deputies arrested 25 of those, while other area law enforcement agencies brought in 35.
