Please. Hello, im a resident on Market Street for 9 years now. Im an after the i work at ribbon grocery. We had a meeting last night the tenants showed up and this was rep buildings were meeting again next week and were very active because this issue is very, very important to us. Many of us want to stay in our residents. We want to stay there at the current rate. So we do want to thank dbi very much. I can speak for myself for helping us with the light rail situation that was a roadblock. The question whether or not the provision of the sunshine ordinance is valid and like in the city charter. Did the judge find that the because it doesnt matter in his view that the ordinance allowed for disclosures whether or not its privileged he if reach the issue of whether or not the documents are privileged. Thats right. The judge did not address the issue of the provision of the sunshine ordinance is valid or invalid in light of the charter both parties agreed that issue is before the judge thats not my question my question is did he determine that he didnt need to review the documents in camera because it doesnt matter once the documents are privileged under the ordinances it has to be disclosed.
