It s lovely to see these popping up in Providence, extending outside dining rooms with art, even if they are a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of the state s Take It Outside initiative, The Steel Yard, a nonprofit industrial art center on Sims Street in Providence, has partnered with the city s Department of Art, Culture + Tourism.
