This was a crash involving a tow truck happened about 1 00 this morning east of hopyard. Part went through the fence and on to the bat track. B. A. R. T. Crews got there almost immediately and started cleaning things up. Minor damage there. They briefly had to single track. That happened early enough in the morning and overnight hours that they really didnt have any delays here this morning. That certainly is good news here today and that crash is no longer blocking the roadway either. A quick check outside. In the south bay a little bit of the road spray kicking up. We still have a ways to go before it moves into the Mendocino County or northern Sonoma County. That will be later today, and we have warm part of this system, southsoutheast in oakland and hayward, everything coming up from that system.
