The breaking news. We just learned that the victim in this case, a 53yearold man has died from his injuries. This is a frightening story. These two people had never met before. They were talking on a subway platform, got in to a dispute, one of them pulled a knife to settle it. It started at 116th street and the victim actually got on the train, got on the 2 train and headed down here to 110th street where he collapsed and where medics later found him. Lets go to some video shot about 9 15 this evening, as the victim, a 53yearold man was brought out of the subway station by medics, taken to harlem hospital in Critical Condition originally but hes since died from his injuries. Police dont yet know what the dispute was about, what they were arguing about what the investigation has slowed trains and closed two train stations. Police are investigating, trying to find people who witnessed this, but again, its a subway. Its a train station. People are moving and in transition, very difficult
