A victim well known to police especially officer Carlos Manfredi who used to work the beat in that area. And, chatted with the homeless man often. He is the type of person who would always say hit to you. He was very friendly very engaging always had a smile situation can be or how foul the weather would be. He was very personable and very nice in general. This homeless person is not the kind of person to show any aggression or to attack anyone know know. It was was just completely unprovoked.
