今年二季度南宁人力资源供求分析报告发布这5个职业最缺人

7月15日，南宁人力资源市场2021年第二季度供求分析报告发布。数据显示，该季度南宁人力资源市场上制造业用工需求人数大幅上升，行业招聘需求人数从去年第二季度的6881个次增加到了今年第二季度的21798个次。此外，营销员、餐厅服务员、道路货运汽车驾驶员、保洁员、房地产经纪人这五个职业最缺人。而求职大于需求缺口最大的前五个职业依次则为：后勤管理员、秘书、网络编辑、会计专业人员、康乐服务员。
2021年第二季度，进入南宁人力资源市场网厅登记招聘的用人单位2713家次，较2020年同比上升72.69%；需求岗位数59288个次，与2020年相比也上升了56.35%；登记求职人员14855人次，同比下降6.77%。对比显示，该季 ....
