congress did not give the epa constitutional authority to implement regulations on states to reduce the carbon dioxide pollution by moving away from coal, fire, carbon plants to other form of energy. what the left wants is for the epa to do all the work, from coal to green energy. and the supreme court said no. they don t have that regulatory power. this is something that congress has to decide. and the amazing part of all of this is there saying it is damaging our ability to keep clean air. no, it isn t. we just like the clean air act was an act of congress, pass another act. this is a democracy. joey: i ll tell you this, if you are a small business owner that produces anything, you did a little fist pump at this because no government agency reaches too far into people s pockets than the epa. they have supreme authority until they don t come and now they don t.
