SkillsUSA named Forsyth Central High School, along with 23 other schools across the nation, as a Model of Excellence for 2021.
According to a press release, the annual Model for Excellence program recognizes local chapters for “the exceptional integration” of workplace and technical skills into their activities. As one of the largest student organizations for career and technical education in the nation, SkillsUSA stated that the recognition is the highest honor presented to school chapters each year.
“Our Models of Excellence represent the very best in chapter achievement and community involvement,” SkillsUSA Executive Director Chelle Travis said. “These students represent America’s future skilled workforce and are future leaders in their local communities. It is a tremend
