Leading to 495. The crash happened just north of this exit. The car that was it did not have any time to avoid that oncoming vehicle. It is hard to tell this was a vehicle. This is the burnt wreckage of the car that was struck by a wrong way driver in middleborough. Around midnight, state Police Responded to a fiery crash, a vehicle headed south in the northbound side of 495, slammed head on into another car, which burst into flames. There is no indication that time allowed for evasive action by the northbound Motor Vehicle operator to avoid the vehicle traveling the wrong way. Sera the wrong way driver, and 4 people in the car that was hit, were all killed. State police have not yet released their identities, but say all the victims were young adults. Id like to express our condolences and sadness to the families of the 5 young adults that lost their lives last underway to determine why the wrong way driver was heading south in the northbound lanes. The state police say there have bee
Boston as we approach sunrise at 6 29, so still a ways to go, but chilly out there, kids will want a jacket, upper 30s to near 40 now, and low 50s. The High Pressure noses in, so we will see partly to mostly sunny the sunrise at 6 29, lots of sunshine through lunchtime, and as we come up to near 50, and were in the low 50s this afternoon. Pretty seasonal november day, and looking for a high of 53 in boston, as warm as 55 lowell, framingham, and out through worcester, lots of lower 50s, as well, and milder south of town, notice norwood 56, and lower 50s from plymouth all the way down to the cape so a nice day ahead. Lets go out to the roads, and see if they are cooperating as nicely as the weather. Spots and delays. Lets start things off right here, and a live
Shut down the streets here to spread their message. [chanting] a flood of protesters flowed from the common to the state house. [chanting] taking over beacon street, as police guided the march. As long as it is peaceful protest, were good with that. John the massive crowd of several thousands gathered on the common before shutting down the street. Anger and frustration over the president elect grew them together. He is preparing to put forward a rightwinged antiimmigrant agenda, and we want to challenge that. It hurts my heart that people that i love are now fearful of their lives and livelihood. Reporter these protester hope its the beginning of a movement to make sure their voice is heard even though the candidate didnt win. More than half of the country, [chanting] john as the march round down boylston street snaking through copely square. Protesters wildly shouted their message, fearing the transition. I was born in this country. This is the place i know. It makes me feel like i am
