So i think the Judge Today issued an order, basically thank you testify on the 22nd, and made a note that he was also supposed to be in New Hampshire the day that he said he couldnt be in court. And this is not a criminal trial, he does not have to be there. And i was about to say, lets just make it very clear, he is complaining he has to do something that he legally does not have to do.
