White house chief of staff john kelly was on the hill yesterday meeting with Congressional Hispanic Caucus members and made some comments to them about the wall, trying to show how the president has moved on the issue of the wall, talking about how the president now believes that the wall cant be from sea to shining sea, there cant be walls in places where there are rivers and mountains and what not.
