Decoding the senior leadership hiring trends has revealed that there is expected to be an uptick of over 14-15% in CXO-level hiring in 2024. However, CXO hiring is predicted to remain weak in the first half of the next fiscal year. Sectors such as Pharma, BFSI, and industrial products are experiencing higher demand for leadership, while education and e-commerce have seen a decrease in demand.
