Were in the heart of chinatown. This happened just before 8 00 this morning. A very busy part of town. And all of this, 7th and 8th street, it was all taped off this morning as police tried to gather evidence and tried to figure out what happened here. Now at the this hour, police still dont know who is responsible for this shooting. They dont know who the victim may be. They have been placing calls at area hospitals to try and find out but at this hour theyre still so many questions. Very few answers. But again, they are looking to figure all of this out. A
