We have new information in the case of a man found dead after disappearing from a picnic with members of his assisted living facility. New information suggest thats the facility knew that the 80yearold man needed constant one on one supervision. A report from the Health Care Quality alleges abuse and neglect by the nursing home. The report says that the staff of woodmore house assisted living knew the 80yearold had dementia and needed constant supervision. However he was left alone and wandered away. The lawyers are calling for an investigation. When we speak of someone who has died by causes other than natural, we call that a homicide. How did this happen .
