SEREMBAN: The state authorities - especially the Drainage and Irrigation Department and the Environment Department - have been urged to continue to monitor the water quality and risk of river pollution in Negeri Sembilan at water sources located near the borders of neighbouring states including Selangor.
SHAH ALAM: The Semenyih and Bukit Tampoi Water Treatment Plants were shut down on Saturday (Dec 31) following the discovery of an odour flow originating from the location where a perfume oil spill had occurred due to an accident on Dec 24, 2022.
KUALA LUMPUR: Restoration of water supply in affected areas following odour pollution at the Jenderam Hilir raw water pump station, has reached 95% as of 6pm Monday (Dec 26).
SHAH ALAM, Dec 25 The Sungai Semenyih Water Treatment Plant (LRA), near here and Bukit Tampoi LRA in Negri Sembilan, which had to be closed yesterday, have resumed operations.
