We do this every four years, at inauguration time. Because this building which was built as a federal Office Building, over 120 years ago turned out to be a wonderful place to have inaugural balls. What we want to do today is explain to you how this building got built, and its history and how it ended up being so representative of the inaugural motion if you will. And how it is now being used.
