Let s rewind back to October of 2020. The COVID-19 pandemic canceled my sister s destination wedding plans so she and now my brother-in-law took full advantage of what the Jersey Shore has to offer. Their wedding took place on Point Pleasant Beach just yards away from Jenkinson s Boardwalk. We were fortunate to have a beautiful October day. After they were pronounced husband and wife, we spent the rest of the night celebrating on the River Queen. A group of 50 hopped on the boat and had the time of our lives. We were dancing, drinking, and eating for a very fun four hours, what s better than that?! It s important to note, the River Queen staff did a great job following COVID-19 state rules and guidelines. Whether it s a wedding, a celebration, or if you just want to spend a nice day on the water, cruising on the River Queen should be on your Jersey Shore bucket list. ....

To wind, it s a little bit more of a bumpy ride but in no way a frightening one. waiting for them at national airport, a large and prestigious audience. an elite group of air afficianados. they were having a buffet brunch and they were all going to come out and see these really cute, and they are cute, small planes buzz in and land one by one. the pilots have a showy landing planned. we were going to do overhead break. we were supposed to fly over the runway at altitude, then one by one, we would circle and land which would give us separation. but ashley overhears some ominous cross-talk. there was conversation about crosswinds. i overheard between the pilots and they said can we switch to a different runway. the air traffic controller said absolutely, let s switch to that runway. the plane in front of me, he landed long to the left. i always land midway on the right. then david brown behind me, he was to land short on the left-hand side. which went well. and then we to ....
