A 39-year-old Omaha man serving a life sentence for first-degree murder died at the Reception and Treatment Center in Lincoln on Friday, according to the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services.
Ryan Poe, 39, of Omaha, was sentenced in July 2006 for the murder of 23-year-old Trever Lee in Douglas County. Poe was being treated for a medical condition.
